Preety is a dedicated meditation instructor offering classes at three leading centers, where she guides students towards harmony, well-being, and inner peace.

Yajamahe Yoga & Sacred Sound Sanctuary

Yajamahe Yoga & Sacred Sound Sanctuary, located at 413 Ft Salonga Rd, Fl-2, Northport, is a tranquil space dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. This sanctuary offers a peaceful environment ideal for yoga and meditation, allowing practitioners to deepen their practice with expert guidance. Under the instruction of Preety Wadhwa, participants can expect a blend of breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement tailored to meet various experience levels. The classes focus on cultivating inner calm, stress relief, and enhanced self-awareness through integrative practices that incorporate ancient yogic principles and contemporary mindfulness techniques.

Preety holds classes here twice a week, providing ample opportunities for learners to engage consistently and progress steadily:
 

  • Monday: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM

  • Friday: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM


These sessions are designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced practitioners, fostering a supportive atmosphere where questions, experimentation, and growth are encouraged. Absolute Yoga Studio

The studio emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, offering classes that focus on deepening meditation practices while enhancing physical flexibility and mental ease. Preety Wadhwa leads multiple sessions here weekly, each thoughtfully structured to balance relaxation and focus, making this an excellent location for those seeking to cultivate sustainable meditation habits with additional benefits for the body.

The class schedule is designed with flexibility in mind to fit diverse schedules:

  • Tuesday: 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM / 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM / 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Thursday: 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM / 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM / 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
     

Participants in Absolute Yoga Studio sessions experience a comprehensive approach that blends breath awareness, mantra meditation, and mindful movement. Alongside increased calm and stress relief, the classes also help improve concentration and emotional resilience. Preety’s personalized coaching style ensures each participant receives adjustments and advice tailored to their abilities and personal journey. Centered Mind Body Spirit

Centered Mind Body Spirit, located at 340 Veterans Memorial Hwy #10, Commack, NY 11725, provides a holistic approach to wellness by integrating meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement in a warm, inviting setting. This center is dedicated to supporting personal transformation and healing through practices that balance mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical relaxation. With Preety Wadhwa’s expert guidance, classes here emphasize mindful presence and stress reduction, helping participants cultivate greater resilience and inner peace.

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM / 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

  • Friday: 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM / 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
     

At Centered Mind Body Spirit, the focus lies on creating a safe space where attendees can explore meditation techniques such as breath awareness and guided visualization. Preety’s compassionate teaching style ensures that each class provides not only instruction but also the encouragement to develop a personal practice outside the studio. In addition to the diverse yoga classes offered in-person and online, Mindful Turtle hosts free community events such as our monthly book club and weekly meditative arts circle. Mindful Turtle is also thrilled to feature different local artists with their work on display in our main lobby.
