I express my gratitude to all my teachers and mentors who have been a part of my journey. I feel indebted and eternally grateful to all those who shared their wisdom and showed me the path to my Authentic True-self. Special thanks to my loving children for being supportive & helpful in every way going through the ebbs and flows with me in this journey of mine. Finally I am thankful for all the obstacles on my path which were truly a blessing in disguise.


Stillness In Mindfulness is my vision for a healthier, happier world where each one of us lives in harmony with their core-essence leading a more meaningful & purposeful life. A life filled with expansion, connection, creativity, and abundance.

Introduction to
Stillness In Mindfulness

Each one of us is “Wholeness“  in our true essence but the problem with the world today is that we have forgotten- Who we are. We have forgotten that “We are the happiness” that we are seeking from the outside world.


We often spend our life looking outside into this world full of dynamic activity, confusion, & chaos. It is time to look inwards to find the peace and calm which can be only found inside.


Patanjali Maharishi, an ancient Indian sage said 

YOGAS CHITTA VRITTI NIRODHAH ( योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः )

 -which means Yoga is stilling the fluctuations of the mind. Our minds are constantly bombarded with thoughts, feeling, emotions, desires, and perceptual inputs, and the list is endless. When our mind-lake is disturbed by these ripples, it becomes difficult to see the bottom of the lake where our true self is found. When we still our mind-lake, we can clearly see the bottom discovering our true essence which is unbounded peace, infinite potential, creativity, vitality, purpose, health, harmony, joy, and happiness.


Stillness In Mindfulness is an opportunity to disconnect from the outer world and connect with our inner worlds. It is my passionate attempt to show you the path to healing using the wisdom offered by the eastern traditions of the world through the powerful techniques of meditation, mindfulness, and breathing. Stillness In Mindfulness is the journey to re-discover our true essence, to re-discover the “Wholeness”  that we already are.
